Charitable Giving

The motto for all Ruritan clubs is “Fellowship, Goodwill and Community Service.”  As part of our commitment to goodwill and community service, the Lucketts Ruritan Club is fortunate to be able to support a number of local charitable organizations and groups.  The benefits of our fund raising activities give us the ability to make these donations.  It is both rewarding and satisfying to be one of the many volunteers that give their time, skills, and friendship to help raise funds for our club.

In 2019 the Lucketts Ruritan Club donated more than $45k to deserving charities and groups. Since 1995, the Lucketts Ruritan Club has made over $372,600 in donations, in addition to our annual College Scholarship Program.
