Michele is a long time resident of Lucketts settling here to be close to the train for commuter access and to enjoy the country roads, C&O Canal and other natural surroundings. Throughout her career she has worked as a medical journalist but mostly as a federal worker experiencing long hours and lots of travel and commuting. Retired now, Michele works occasionally for the board of elections but spends most of her time preparing her long haired Dachshunds for field trials and shows. Michele enjoys gardening, country dancing, and reading. She looks forward to becoming more involved in giving back to the Lucketts Community.

Liz has lived in Lucketts since 1999, when she moved here to escape the long commute from Maryland to her job in Virgina. She is now retired, but still works part time for Harris IT Services Corporation as a technical writer and proposal editor. She has met many of her Lucketts neighbors as she walks through the woods and back roads with her rescue dog, Buddy, and has made many new friends.
