The Lucketts Ruritan Walking/Running Club will be starting up again in April. If you have never been on the C&O canal path when the Bluebells carpet the riverbank, you are in for a real treat! We are so lucky to live 5 minutes from this beautiful national park. If you didn’t know, the C&O canal path has been recently resurfaced. It is flat and has an even surface for those who may be recovering from a recent surgery and are prescribed exercise as physical therapy. For those people who are training for a race, the trail is measured for distance. The path can easily accommodate bikes/strollers/baby joggers for children and dogs on leash are welcome too. So please bring the whole family and join us as Spring arrives on the beautiful C&O canal.
